I am the Coordinator of the Technology Help Desk. The Technology Help Desk is dedicated to resolving all campus technology problems, and acts as a central call center for all other campus technology organizations on campus. We provide basic troubleshooting for most technology issues, and escalate support requests to the appropriate technicians. All support requests must come through the Help Desk.
