Professor Jan Mays
I am a native North Carolinian, growing up in Clemmons, NC. I came to Elon in 2003. My main academic interests are in math education, statistics, and general studies. I am a member of NCTM, AMTE, AMATYC, and NCCTM. Before coming to Elon, I taught at Guilford Technical Community College and Page High School in Greensboro. I share my home with my husband Charley. I have three grown daughters Charlotte, Emily, and Robin. I enjoy cooking swimming, triathloning, and quilting in my spare time.
