FINAL EXAM
Prompt and regular class attendance is a course requirement. Over one unexcused absence may adversely affect the grace, as may chronic tardiness. Students may elect to write a short critical paper (3-5 double spaced typed pages) on some aspect of the readings and/or our videos in lieu of one of the tests, but not in lieu of the final examination. Students are requested to attend to their personal needs before class begins. Leaving and returning to the classroom once class is underway is disturbing to other and is strongly discouraged. Students are also requested to refrain from talking during the showing of videos.
